Welcome to TheCosmeticsWholesalers. We specialize in providing discount, brand name cosmetics and skincare at wholesale and below wholesale prices. We also carry rare and hard to find items. The products we provide are new and authentic. Many of our wholesale items are shelf pull items therefore there may be some shop ware on the packaging. A caution to those looking for discounted "retail perfect" products, we do not guarantee any item will be "retail perfect" if it is discounted from regular retail price.

Shipping

For your order to be processed your billing address MUST match your shipping address.

Each item is thoroughly inspected before shipping.  We do guarantee you will receive the product as advertised.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Returns Policy

We are true wholesalers / close out specialists. We will only accept a return if the wrong product was received.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
