Returns & Refunds
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
If you wish to return an item please make sure the item falls with in the return guidelines.
You may return an item 14 days after you receive it.
All items returned must be in the same condition they were received new / unused / untested and with in their original packaging. We do not accept returns on used / tested products so please be familiar with the product you are purchasing.
The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. If you have any questions or concerns please let us know.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment in 2 business days.
